Shipping Policy

Shipping Origin: All orders are shipped from Turkey.
Estimated Delivery Time: Once dispatched, your order will arrive within 7–21 days, depending on the destination.


Order Processing Time

  • Orders with confirmed payment are prepared and shipped within 1–3 business days.

  • During high-demand periods or sales, processing times may take longer.


Shipping & Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

  • Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to become active in the courier’s system.


Shipping Fees

  • Shipping costs vary by destination and cart total. The fee is displayed at checkout before payment.

  • If a free shipping promotion is available, the terms will be shown on the product or checkout page.


Customs, Taxes & Duties (International Shipments)

  • Any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes charged by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Customs processing may extend delivery times. Delays caused by local authorities or carriers are beyond our control.


Delivery Attempts & Address Information

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate.

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses, refused, or unclaimed parcels are subject to additional shipping fees, payable by the customer.

  • Depending on the courier, 1–3 delivery attempts may be made, or the parcel may be redirected to a nearby pickup location.


Delays

  • Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

  • Weather conditions, holidays, customs delays, and remote delivery areas may cause additional delays.

  • En. Sigma is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or unforeseen circumstances.


Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package arrives with visible damage, please request a damage report with the courier before accepting it.

  • For missing, damaged, or lost shipments, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date:


Partial Shipments

  • Depending on stock availability and logistics, your order may be shipped in multiple packages.

  • Each package will have its own tracking number.


Address Changes & Order Cancellation

  • Address changes can be requested before dispatch.

  • Once shipped, address changes may not be possible or may incur extra charges from the courier.
