Orders and Shipping
Orders are usually shipped within 2 business days. Once shipped you will receive an email with tracking information.
You can create a new account by clicking the Login or Sign Up link at the top right corner of our website. After entering your name, surname, e-mail address and password information, simply click the Create Account button. By creating an account, you can easily track your orders and benefit from fast payment transactions.
When your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail with tracking information. You can see the status of your shipment and the estimated delivery date by clicking on the link in this email. You can also check the status of your orders by logging into My Account page.
For your security, we do not store your credit card information on our servers. All payments are processed through third party payment providers with security measures in line with industry standards. If you choose to save your payment information for future purchases, this information is only securely stored by our payment provider and not on our website.
Yes, we charge sales tax on sales to certain regions according to applicable law. The tax rate is automatically calculated based on your delivery address and added to your order total at checkout. You can contact us for more information on how the tax policy is applied.
Size measurements and product details are available on each product page. If you are still undecided, our customer service can help you choose the right size.
We try to send all the products in your order in one package. However, due to stock availability or shipment from different warehouses, items may arrive in separate packages. In this case, a separate tracking number will be provided for each package.
If you need to replace a product
Return and Exchange
If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return the product within 14 days from the date of receipt. Returned products must be unused, with the tags on and in the original packaging. If you have received an incorrect item in your order, please contact us as soon as possible via info@sigmawears.store. We will make arrangements to send you the correct item and provide you with instructions for returning the wrong item free of charge. If your order has been delivered damaged, please take photos of the damage and send them to info@sigmawears.store as soon as possible. Our customer support team will assist you in initiating the return or exchange process for the damaged product. We are sorry that you have experienced this situation and we are here to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

If you have entered the wrong address after creating your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been shipped, we can update your address. After submitting your order, you can change or cancel it if it has not yet been shipped. If your order has already been shipped, unfortunately no changes or cancelations can be made. If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible via info@sigmawears.store.
Yes, you can pre-order some items that are sold out. When the product is back in stock, your pre-ordered product will be sent to you with priority. To place a pre-order, you can use the Pre-Order button on the product page. You can contact us for more information about stock availability.
